Community home delivery lunch service
We have been offering a lunchtime community home delivery service for the elderly and vulnerable since 23rd March 2020. We use our own vehicles to deliver the food order - no third party is involved. Your meal is delivered in a paper carrier bag with sealed recyclable containers. We deliver to your home front door. If you live in a flat or care home we will deliver your meal to the lobby of the building.
We offer a 7 day, 4 week rolling menu. The meal for each day consists of a main meal, or vegetarian option, and a dessert. You can order:

Meals for Monday are delivered on Sunday; we do not deliver on Monday as the pub and pub kitchen are closed. Clear instructions on how to heat your Monday meal are included.
Orders for meals can be made by calling 023 9229 4491. To process your order we will take your name and address as well as your payment card details.
Food deliveries are between 11:30am and 2:30pm, in slots starting 11:30am, 12:00pm, 12:30pm, and 1pm, by foot.
Deliveries by car or van leave the pub at 11:50am for the first run, and 1pm for the second run, with the last delivery generally by 2:30pm.
We require your order to be placed by 12pm the Friday before the week that you would like to order food, this allows us sufficient time to order ingredients and plan deliver routes for the week ahead.
With the colder months setting in, you may find it difficult to get last minute food staples for your larder. We are pleased to announce that we are now offering a food staples delivery service that will run in parallel with our lunchtime food delivery service.
